Today we celebrate the service of our father, mother, aunt, uncle, cousin, neice, nephew, brother, sister neighbor or our children.
Our families that have and coninue to sacrfice their personal lives for the idea of freedom.
You can see them not only in our families but at the VA Hospital, in organziations like the Wounded Warrior Program, in many service organzations because “service” is in their nature. For the less fortunate, living in tents in front of VA Hospitals, along rivers and in the city.
Our Veterans are not dead but they can be and often are forgotten.
They had a dream of freedom and protecting all of us.
They are not suckers or losers. They did not ditch the draft because of a bone spur or privilege
Veterans are our Heroes.
